My client is seeking a driven solicitor to join their established Conveyancing department, with opportunities available for NQ solicitors through to senior-level fee earners. The Role You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages Transfers of equity New build transactions Shared ownership work Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements About You To excel in this role, you should have: Qualified Solicitor status (NQ to 5+ PQE considered) Solid experience managing your own residential conveyancing files Strong client-care skills The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team A proactive approach to managing deadlines and risk Why Join This Firm?
