They are looking for an experienced Fee Earner to manage a diverse caseload of Wills and Probate, Trusts, Court of Protection, and Lasting Powers of Attorney services. Day-to-day of the role: • Handle a varied case load of private client work including Wills and Probate, Trusts, Court of Protection, and Lasting Powers of Attorney. • Manage your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy. • Maintain excellent communication with clients and colleagues. • Utilise IT systems effectively to manage cases.
