      <description>Location: York | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Job Title: Conveyancing Solicitor Location: York Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: Competitive, based on experience Reed are currently working with one of their established York based clients to recruit a motivated and experienced Conveyancing Solicitor. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload of residential property transactions and ensure clients consistently receive an excellent service. Key Responsibilities:  Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish. Providing expert legal advice to clients on property-related matters. Conducting title searches Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors. Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.  Requirements:  Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate in England and Wales.
