Chadwick Nott are pleased to be working with a well-established regional law firm, currently seeking a junior Solicitor to join their thriving Real Estate team in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor or someone with up to 2 years'' PQE to develop their career within a highly respected property practice.

The RoleThis is a hands-on and client-facing position, offering exposure to a broad range of real estate matters. Responsibilities include:Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial propertyHandling landlord and tenant transactionsSupporting real estate finance and development projectsWorking with clients across sectors including investment, infrastructure, and housebuildingDelivering clear, commercially focused legal adviceBuilding strong client relationships and contributing to team success

Candidate RequirementsUp to 2 years'' PQE in real estate lawExperience gained at a respected city, national or regional firmStrong technical and analytical skillsExcellent communication and client care abilitiesA proactive, pragmatic approach to legal problem-solvingGenuine enthusiasm for property law and sector developmentsA collaborative mindset and commitment to professional growth
