This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with 2+ years'' PQE who is passionate about Private Client work and looking to join a supportive, collaborative team where they can continue to develop their expertise and progress their career.The successful candidate will manage a varied Private Client caseload, working closely with individuals, trustees and executors and providing high-quality, practical advice across a broad range of matters.The role will include:Advising clients on Wills, Powers of Attorney and lifetime planningDrafting Wills and Powers of AttorneyProviding succession planning and asset protection adviceAdvising on tax mitigation mattersHandling the administration of executry and trust estatesManaging your own caseload while maintaining a high standard of client careBuilding strong, long-term relationships with clientsWorking collaboratively with colleagues and supporting less experienced members of the team where appropriateWhat we''re looking for:Applicants must be qualified in Scots Law and have previous experience working within Private Client.
