A background in disease claimsAbout the RoleThe successful applicant will handle a wide variety of Employer''s Liability and Public Liability Disease claims including respiratory and lung disease, skin disease, vibration injuries and occupational cancer, including asbestos-related diseases.The firm boasts an impressive client base, including insurers, reinsurers, TPAs, local authorities, and corporates. Experience in disease claims is highly desirable.Alongside being responsible for managing and progressing a caseload of litigated disease-related injury claims, you will:Conduct investigations, take witness statements, and review medical records and reportsCollaborate with a large, experienced disease teamHandle a variety of work on behalf of insurers, reinsurers, and government authoritiesIdentify evidence requirements and liaise with third parties for documentationSupport Partners in growing and maintaining client relationshipsProvide a high level of client service, ensuring professional service delivery at all stagesThe ideal candidateThe firm are looking for experience personal injury or civil litigators, ideally with a background in disease claims or Employers liability claims.Apply Now
