Senior Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer (Maternity Cover) - Leasehold Transactions Full-time Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)Reporting to: Managing DirectorSalary: CompetitiveLocation: Southend-on-Sea, Essex / Hybrid Working Available (1 day per week)Qualified Solicitor (England and Wales) or Licensed Conveyancer. This role focuses on managing a varied caseload of transactional leasehold matters, supporting the wider legal team and providing commercially focused legal advice to the business. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property lawyer to join a busy, collaborative in-house legal team.Job SpecificationKey ResponsibilitiesManaging a varied caseload of transactional leasehold matters including: Lease Extensions Collective Enfranchisements Deeds of Variation Licences Residential property transactions Providing clear, commercial legal advice to internal stakeholders. Working closely with colleagues across the wider business to facilitate property transactions.
