We are now seeking several talented and committed Court of Protection Fee Earners to join our specialist team. This is an exciting opportunity to undertake meaningful, complex and rewarding legal work within a supportive, forward-thinking firm that values expertise, compassion and career development. The role: You will join a highly regarded Court of Protection team and manage your own varied caseload of Health and Welfare matters, including complex cases involving vulnerable individuals. Key responsibilities include: Managing a Court of Protection (Health and Welfare) caseload Applications under Sections 16 and 21A of the Mental Capacity Act 2005 Acting in Legal Aid funded matters, including use of CCMS Liaising with the Official Solicitor and other professionals Drafting applications, witness statements, and court documentation Representing clients and providing clear legal advice Supporting and mentoring junior team members Contributing to the continued growth of the department Mental Health Panel Members, or are actively working towards accreditation would be advantageous Candidates can be based in, or able to ..... full job details .....
