We are now seeking a number of talented and committed Court of Protection Fee Earners to join our specialist team. We also have a strong requirement for Supervising Solicitors, especially those with experience supervising both qualified and non-qualified staff, to support the continued growth and development of our team. The role: You will join a highly regarded Court of Protection team and manage your own varied caseload of Health and Welfare matters, including complex cases involving vulnerable individuals. Key responsibilities include: Managing a Court of Protection (Health and Welfare) caseload Applications under Sections 16 and 21A of the Mental Capacity Act 2005 Acting in Legal Aid funded matters, including use of CCMS Liaising with the Official Solicitor and other professionals Drafting applications, witness statements, and court documentation Representing clients and providing clear legal advice Supporting and mentoring ..... full job details .....
