Our client, a well-established non-profit organisation with strong ties to Israel, is seeking a motivated Solicitor or Probate Lawyer to join its friendly and supportive Legacy team.This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified Solicitor, Probate Lawyer, or someone nearing qualification via the SQE route to build their career within a rewarding environment. You will manage a varied caseload across Wills, Probate and Estate Administration while providing a compassionate and professional service to clients and their families.This is a full-time role, although part-time applications will also be considered. A competitive salary of £40,000-£70,000 is offered, depending on experience. The position includes flexible hybrid working arrangements, an early finish on Fridays, and a generous annual leave package, including Bank Holidays and additional office closures throughout the year.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of Probate and Estate Administration matters from initial instruction through to distribution.Prepare Probate applications and assist with inheritance tax calculations and submissions.Draft Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and other private client documents.Administer Trusts and assist with Estate planning matters.Liaise with beneficiaries, executors, families and professional advisers throughout the Probate process.Handle tax matters, including income tax and capital gains tax where required.Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with all ..... full job details .....
