Solicitor - Employment Litigation Southampton 3-5 Years PQE + Hybrid (Following Completion of Probation) £50K -65K DOE GMP Recruitment Agency Limited is partnering with an established regional law firm looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its Employment Litigation Team, in Southampton. This is an excellent opportunity for an employment law professional to manage a varied caseload of contentious employment matters, advising both individuals and businesses. The successful candidate will play an important role in delivering high-quality legal services, developing client relationships and contributing to the continued growth and reputation of the firm. The Role You will handle a broad range of employment litigation matters, acting for both claimants and respondents, while providing clear, commercially focused advice to individual and corporate clients. Key responsibilities will include: Managing a varied caseload of contentious employment matters from inception through to resolution. Advising and representing both individual and corporate clients in employment disputes. Preparing cases for Employment Tribunal proceedings and undertaking advocacy where appropriate. Building strong client relationships through clear communication, practical advice and effective case management. Managing and supporting secretarial and administrative staff where applicable.
