This role offers a hybrid approach and rates start at -65 per hour Umbrella Duties: Provide expert legal advice, guidance, and case support on all housing disrepair matters to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, cost-effective resolution of disputes, and excellent outcomes for residents Review cases, advising on strengths, risks, quantum, and settlement terms, ensuring alignment with policy and legal requirements. Lead on the development and dissemination of best practice in disrepair case management Support and guide caseworkers to ensure procedural compliance, cost-effectiveness, and customer-focused solutions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislative changes and case law affecting housing disrepair, and brief the business accordingly.
