Solicitor - Defendant Motor Location: Warrington Salary: Competitive A specialist law firm is looking for an experienced Defendant Motor Solicitor to join their busy Insurance Litigation team. You''ll manage your own caseload of motor claims, handling both litigated and pre-litigated matters, and delivering high-quality, commercially focused advice to clients. Role Overview Manage a varied caseload of defendant motor claims Handle liability disputes, credit hire, repair, PI, MOJ/non-MOJ and OIC matters Draft pleadings, evidence and legal correspondence Negotiate effectively and pursue settlement opportunities Meet all deadlines, SLAs and procedural requirements Identify risk, fraud and indemnity issues early Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment Experience Needed Qualified Solicitor with defendant or claimant RTA experience Experience with litigated motor files and credit hire MOJ/OIC portal experience desirable Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills Ability to manage a busy caseload independently What You''ll Bring Excellent attention to detail Commercial awareness Strong organisation and time-management Positive, proactive attitude If you are interested, please apply or contact Steph McCormack at MLR Legal Recruitment for more details. ..... full job details .....
