A leading UK law firm is seeking a Corporate Tax Associate/Solicitor (25 PQE) to join its highly regarded corporate tax team in Guildford.

The team advises UK and international businesses on a broad range of corporate tax matters, including MandA, reorganisations, venture capital, share incentives, VAT, international tax and tax disputes.
