Key Responsibilities • Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion. • Handle a broad range of property transactions, including sales, purchases and transfers. • Advise clients throughout the conveyancing process, delivering a high standard of client care. • Prioritise your workload effectively while meeting key deadlines. • Delegate work appropriately and support colleagues where required. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers and other professionals. • Identify opportunities to develop existing client relationships and generate new business. • Maintain accurate case records using the firm''s case management system. • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.
