The role will be majority of development/strategic land work with some general commercial property included. They are flexible on PQE, but the experience is key. This is a great opportunity for someone who has the drive and enthusiasm to further their career, build strong client relationships and help to grow their team.Responsibilities

Advise and assist clients in relation to their matters, ensuring a high level of client service is maintained at all times and that the client’s aims are met (subject to professional and regulatory requirements)Manage all aspects of the client relationship, from engagement to billing and chasing paymentPrepare and review legal documentsEnsure compliance with all file management processes, including those related to file auditsWork as a team with colleagues in promoting the firmComply with all legislative and regulatory requirementsUpdate and consult with Senior Associates and PartnersManage client cases from start to finishRequirements

Ability to deal with straightforward transactions, including unfamiliar tasks which present a range of problemsUses own judgement but may need supervision at differing levels of transactionIdentifies the legal principles relevant to the area of practice and applies them appropriatelyUses experience to check the information providedGoes the extra mile and produces good quality workApproachable and able to develop and build relationships with clients and colleaguesDue to the large number of responses we receive it is not always possible to respond to every application straight away.
