A busy and established Law practice is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Solicitor to support the continued growth of the practice. This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday from the office location in Hastings.As the Conveyancing Solicitor you will: Manage a diverse caseload (Residential and Commercial) including sales and purchases, mortgages and re-mortgages, buy to let, freehold and leasehold transactionsAdvise on a variety of high end residential and commercial property mattersBuild and develop new and existing caseloads in commercial property mattersDraft required documentationProvide excellent client care We are looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor with the following experience and qualifications: Commercial Solicitor with some years of experience past PQECommercial Property law experience is essentialExperience in business and estate transactions such as property sales, lease agreements and development projectsThorough experience across the full property lifecycleAn interest in business developmentOrganised with excellent attention to detailExperience with MS office applications to include case management and legal systems In return you will receive a salary of 55,000 - 70,000 per annum.If this sounds like the Conveyancing Solicitor role for you, click apply online now.Candidate Source Ltd is an advertising agency.
