Solicitor / Associate - Personal Injury (Large Loss)Location: Glasgow (Hybrid)Salary: £48,000 to £65,000We are working with a leading insurance litigation practice to recruit a Solicitor and Associate into their specialist Large Loss and Catastrophic Injury team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high performing and growing team, working alongside highly experienced individuals on some of the most complex and high value matters in the market.The role offers a strong balance of high quality work, client exposure, and genuine flexibility, making it an ideal move for a solicitor looking to deepen their expertise without compromising on work life balance.The RoleYou will play a key role within a collaborative and well supported team. Your work will include:Handling a caseload of large loss and catastrophic injury claims, often exceeding £1m, including employers'' liability, public liability, and road traffic accident claimsAdvising insurer clients on liability, quantum, and indemnity issuesSupporting on complex and sensitive matters, including fatal claimsDrafting pleadings, reports, and technical adviceAnalysing medical and expert evidence in detailAttending client meetings, mediations, and settlement discussionsYou will also have the opportunity to mentor more junior team members and contribute to the wider success and profile of the team.About YouYou will be:A Scottish qualified solicitor with experience in personal injuryConfident managing your own caseload and ..... full job details .....
