Soldering Technician Swindon £13.00 per hour Our client is looking for a skilled and reliable Soldering Technician to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-established engineering manufacturer, producing high-quality cable and electrical assemblies. Soldering Technician Roles and Responsibilities: Carrying out fine soldering to a high standard Assembling cable and wiring products from engineering drawings and work instructions Preparing cables, crimping terminals and completing wiring assemblies Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards Using hand tools and small assembly equipment Working to production targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy Following company quality procedures and health and safety guidelines Maintaining a clean and organised work area Soldering Technician Ideal Candidate: Previous soldering experience within an engineering, electronics or manufacturing environment Experience with cable assembly, wiring or harness assembly is desirable Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions Good manual dexterity and excellent attention to detail Able to work independently as well as part of a team Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Soldering Technician Working Hours: Monday Thursday, 08 30 Fridays, 08 00 Jackie Kerr Recruitment is an independent agency that has been established for 28 years.
