Hunters'' client, a well-established and highly regarded manufacturer, is looking for a Soldering Technician to join their growing team in Worthing.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced assembler, solderer, or production technician looking to develop their skills within a supportive and modern manufacturing environment. 

Soldering Technician – The Role
Working as part of a skilled production team, you''ll be responsible for assembling specialist cable and electronic products to exact customer specifications.
Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Soldering cables, connectors, and electrical components to a high standard
• Cutting, stripping, crimping, and preparing cable assemblies
• Reading technical drawings and following detailed assembly instructions
• Carrying out quality checks and inspections throughout the build process
• Supporting continuous improvement and maintaining exceptional workmanship standards

Soldering Technician – What We''re Looking For

• Previous soldering experience is essential
• Experience within cable assembly, electronics manufacturing, wiring, or precision assembly environments
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
• Ability to work from technical drawings and written instructions
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
• Someone who genuinely cares about producing quality work and being part of a team
