Soldering & Cabling Operative What You''ll Do:

• Cut, strip, crimp & solder cables to exact specifications
• Assemble and test high-spec cable products
• Work to tight tolerances with pride and accuracy
• Follow instructions, take feedback, and keep improving your skills

 
Soldering & Cabling Operative What You''ll Bring:

• Experience in soldering and cable assembly (or similar fine assembly work)
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Positive, proactive, and reliable work ethic
• Great communication and teamwork skills
