Solderers - Coventry - 20 Week Project

-18 per hour, rising to -19 per hour upon completion of performance targets
Shifts: Monday-Thursday
Hours: 36 hours per week (9 hours per day, including 30 minutes unpaid break)
Working hours: 07:00-16:30

Manpower are currently recruiting for experienced Solderers to join a well-established manufacturing business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team where quality and precision are key.

The Role
As a Solderer, you will be responsible for assembling and soldering electronic components to a high standard, ensuring all work meets quality and production targets. You will work with both through-hole and surface mount soldering techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Soldering electronic components and circuit boards using through-hole and surface mount techniques
• Assembling small components with precision
• Reading and following technical drawings or work instructions
• Conducting quality checks on finished products
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

What We''re Looking For

• Previous through-hole and surface mount soldering experience
• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to work to targets and deadlines
• Experience within electronics or manufacturing environments
• A positive and reliable attitude

Screening and vetting requirements:

• BPSS clearance and DBS Check
• Dexterity testing
• Colour-blindness screening
• UK nationals only

These are temporary roles for 20 weeks with immediate starts.
