Experienced Solderer''s andamp; Mechanical Assembler''s - 20 Week Project

£18 per hour, rising to £19 per hour upon completion of performance targets
Shifts: Monday-Thursday
Hours: 36 hours per week (9 hours per day, including 30 minutes unpaid break)
Working hours: 07:00-16:30

Manpower are currently recruiting for an experienced Solderer''s and Mechanical Assembler''s to join a well-established manufacturing business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and experience working within electronics or precision assembly environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out through-hole and surface mount soldering to a high standard
• Mechanical assembly of electronic components and sub-assemblies
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and assembly instructions
• Using hand tools and small assembly equipment
• Inspecting work to ensure quality standards are met
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in electronic soldering and mechanical assembly
• Experience with through-hole and surface mount soldering
• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to follow technical drawings and work instructions
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
