Location: Telford
Salary: £12.84
Shift Pattern: Rotating Shifts

• Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pm
• Week 2: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
• Friday: 6:00am - 10:00am / 10:00am - 2:00pm
• 30-minute lunch break each day

Pertemps are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturer for a Solder Resist Operative to join their production team in Telford.
This is a varied, hands on role involving several stages of the PCB manufacturing process. Full training will be provided, making it a great opportunity for candidates with previous manufacturing or production experience.
Responsibilities:

• Coating panels with solder resist ink using a semi-automated coating machine
• Developing panels after exposure
• Inspecting panels to ensure quality standards are met
• Applying legend print using a semi-automated inkjet machine
• Identifying and reporting defects
• Following production procedures and work instructions
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing, production or machine operating experience preferred
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow procedures accurately
• Quality-focused mindset
• Reliable and punctual
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
