SolarWinds SMELocation: Yeovil/Bristol/Luton (primarily onsite) Contract Length: 12 months Day Rate: (Outside IR35) Security Clearance: SC ClearanceOverviewWe are currently seeking an experienced SolarWinds Subject Matter Expert (SME)to support the implementation, optimisation, and ongoing enhancement of monitoring solutions within a classified Defence supply chain environment.This is a hands-on role suited to a skilled engineer with strong IT Operations experience, comfortable working onsite in secure environments and collaborating across infrastructure, network, and security teams.Key Responsibilities* Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of SolarWinds platforms (including Orion, NPM, SAM and NTA)* Configure and maintain end-to-end monitoring solutions across infrastructure, networks, and applications* Troubleshoot and resolve performance, availability, and monitoring issues* Develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, and reporting aligned to operational requirements* Identify and implement improvements to enhance visibility, efficiency, and reliability* Work collaboratively with IT Operations, Network, and Security teams in a highly regulated environment* Ensure all solutions comply with Defence and classified environment standards* Produce documentation and support knowledge transfer and operational handoverRequired Skills andamp; Experience* Proven experience as a SolarWinds SME/Engineer* Strong technical expertise across:.
