In this role, you will oversee installation quality across your region, working closely with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure high standards and smooth delivery. You''ll play a key role in maintaining technical excellence and supporting the growth of the installation network.

The Role

• Oversee the quality of solar and battery installations across your region
  * Conduct remote and on-site quality audits (including WIP checks)
  * Act as a technical expert, supporting subcontractors and internal teams
  * Assist with onboarding and developing installation partners
  * Ensure compliance with MCS standards and industry regulations

The Person

• Qualified electrician with 5+ years'' experience
  * Strong background in Solar PV, battery and/or EV installations
  * Confident communicator with ability to manage subcontractors and stakeholders
  * Holds 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3, ECS Gold Card and Inspection & Testing
