This is a great opportunity for a Solar Sales Executive to join a modern, growing renewables business with very impressive facilities in Fareham.This is not a hard sell environment, their approach is focused on understanding the customer, educating them on their options and providing genuinely bespoke solar solutions. You ll be joining a growing sales team where the majority of the role is spent meeting customers face to face, with around % of the sales activity taking place out in the field.Leads are generated for you.What the new Solar Sales Executive will be doing: Meet prospective customers face to face, understand their requirements and discuss their energy needs. Educate customers on solar PV, battery storage and the different solutions available to them. Carry out consultative sales appointments, providing honest advice rather than relying on a hard-sell approach. Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through the full sales process. Recommend bespoke solar solutions based on the customer''s property, requirements and budget. Work closely with the wider sales and installation teams to ensure customers receive a smooth experience from initial consultation through to installation.
