      <description>Location: Sevenoaks | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Role Summary: Our client is seeking a Solar PV Trainer and Installations Supervisor /Manager to lead by example and help raise installation standards across the business. The ideal candidate will have progressed from a qualified electrician into installation management, bringing strong Solar PV expertise and a genuine passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing installation teams. This is a unique dual-role position combining Solar PV training delivery (50%) with installation supervision and compliance management (50%). Key Responsibilities Solar PV Training and Development (50%)  Deliver Solar PV training courses covering both theoretical and practical installation skills. Develop and maintain course materials, lesson plans and assessment criteria. Assess learner competency through practical demonstrations, written assessments and simulated installation activities. Maintain learner records, attendance registers and achievement documentation. Ensure training equipment, tools and facilities remain safe and operational.
