You''ll be part of a tight-knit team delivering both reactive and preventative maintenance on solar PV systems across commercial, industrial, and high-end residential sites. You''ll work independently, travelling site-to-site (vehicle provided), taking ownership of installations, maintenance and fault-finding work, with overtime and training opportunities available.

The person

Qualified electrician with 18th Edition and 2391 (or equivalent)

2+ years'' experience maintaining or installing solar PV systems

Excellent fault-finding, testing and inspection skills

Strong communicator with a professional, can-do attitude

Comfortable working independently and managing their own schedule

The role

Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance across residential, commercial, and industrial solar PV systems

Fault-finding and troubleshooting across inverters, modules, and electrical components

Managing documentation, site reports, and risk assessments to ensure compliance

Working across sites mainly in the South East, with occasional travel to Scotland and Devon (hotel covered)

Leading and delivering small projects and system upgrades with minimal supervision
