This is a great opportunity for an experienced Solar PV Electrician who''s ready to take their next step into management, or an established and electrically bias Solar Supervisor / Manager looking for a new challenge. You ll be joining a modern, growing renewables business with very impressive facilities in Fareham, who really look after their staff and create a fun environment where people thrive. Working in the high end residential sector, they are not what people in the industry would call a "House bashing" company.You ll play a key role in overseeing the solar installation function and helping drive the team and projects forward. Typically, each installing pair (Made up of a Solar PV Roofer, and a Solar PV Electrician), will have 1 job to do per day. More on the day to day is below. Benefits include: Working mainly in SO and PO postcodes. Local work takes up around 70% of what the company take on. Occasional travel for jobs outside of this patch will therefore be expected, however no staying away across the business is, and work is kept as local as possible. 20 days annual leave, plus a company Christmas shutdown which is provided in addition to your annual leave allowance.
