Working in the high end residential sector, they are not what people in the industry would call a "House bashing" company.   Benefits include:      Working mainly in SO and PO postcodes. Local work takes up around 70% of what the company take on. Occasional travel for jobs outside of this patch will therefore be expected, however no staying away across the business is, and work is kept as local as possible.     20 days annual leave, plus a company Christmas shutdown which is provided in addition to your annual leave allowance.
