The company have been operating for 20+ years, they have completed over 50,000 installs across the UK. This role is working within their Maintenance & Repair team, you will be covering your local area and up to a radius of 2 hours from your home post code with all travel time paid on top of your salary. Day to day you will be operating as a Technical Engineer carrying out remedial and maintenance works on Solar PV installations that the company has installed. This is purely for the electrical side so there will be no working on the roof required. If there is a fault in the system, you will be tasked with attending site to diagnose the fault and make good. Day to day you would be tasked with 2-3 jobs which can vary from fault finding to getting the monitoring system back online, checking and swapping of inverters and more.
