Solar Installer / Site SupervisorLocation: South West / UK TravelWe are looking for an experienced Solar Installer / Site Supervisor to join a growing renewable energy business delivering solar and renewable energy installations across the South West and wider UK.This is a hands-on position combining solar installation with responsibility for supervising site teams, coordinating projects and ensuring installations are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard.The RoleAs a Solar Installer / Site Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:Supervising teams installing renewable energy systems on commercial propertiesSupporting the planning, installation and commissioning of solar and renewable energy systemsCoordinating labour, materials and site logisticsEnsuring equipment and materials are available on site when requiredMonitoring project progress, costs and installation qualityLiaising with clients, contractors and other tradesIdentifying and reporting changes to project scopeCarrying out pre-installation and post-installation checksEnsuring installations comply with current regulations and company standardsCompleting site reports and project documentationCarrying out risk assessments and maintaining safe working practicesSupporting the Operations Manager with site-level project deliveryThe Solar Installer / Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring teams understand the required scope of work and have the equipment, materials and information ..... full job details .....
