We''re looking for a high-conviction, execution-oriented CEO to lead the project, drive go-to-market strategy, and help shape the future of decentralized markets.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Execution: Set and lead the company''s strategic direction across product, operations, growth, and capital formation, working deeply with the broader Ergonia trading and venture-building teamsInstitutional Partnerships: Build trusted relationships with capital allocators, liquidity providers, and regulatory stakeholdersGo-to-Market: Own the customer development cycle, from initial traction to product-market fit and scaleTeam Building: Recruit and manage a world-class team across engineering, operations, and BDOperational Leadership: Oversee financials, legal, compliance, and company ops

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience (CEO, GM, Founder, or Partner) at the intersection of crypto, fintech, or tradingDeep understanding of crypto market structure, particularly DeFi and derivativesStrong network in DeFIDemonstrated ability to build teams, and execute in fast-moving environmentsHigh integrity, high agency, and an obsession with building best-in-class financial products

Bonus Points

Prior experience building a financial product from zero to oneKnowledge of the Solana ecosystem and its technical architectureComfort operating across both regulatory and crypto-native cultures
