You will be a senior lead in defining, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the IT Asset (ITAM) services, ensuring efficient creation, maintenance and management of the Asset and Configuration Management Data Base (AMDB andamp; CMDB) and CMS tools including: Definition, Creation and Implementation of effective processes and controls for Software and Hardware Asset and License Management. Enforce and enhance policies, processes and procedures for Software and Hardware Asset Management. Ensure the AMDB and CMDB is definitive, up-to-date, accurate and the correct source for all IT Infrastructure hardware and applications. Auditing and verifying the integrity of the CMDB, to identify issues with, and improve processes associated to the update of system records. Monitors and reports on the Software and Hardware Asset and License Management processes effectiveness and efficiency and recommends improvements as part of a continual service improvement programme.
