This Software Trainer - Hospitality contract puts you in front of hotel teams across the UK and Europe, delivering instructor-led training on a leading hospitality software platform. You''ll be based in Hounslow, with up to 70% of your time spent travelling to customer sites. It''s a 12 month contract paying up to 230 p/d, starting in mid-November. You''ll spend your first few weeks in the Hounslow office learning the product, then head out to train customers, mostly onsite and sometimes remotely, in sessions of up to five days. What You''ll Be DoingDelivering instructor-led training for newly onboarding hotel properties, onsite or remoteRunning adoption sessions after go-live, plus masterclasses and ad hoc sessions tailored to each customerPresenting product overviews, demos and full product training to internal colleaguesHandling training admin, including invites, travel bookings, expenses and post-session recapsWorking with the Project Manager and delivery team to keep training handovers smoothReporting and helping resolve support cases that arise during trainingWhat You''ll BringStrong presentation and facilitation skills, with a calm, approachable classroom styleThe ability to turn complex system workflows ..... full job details .....
