Software Trainer role at Big Red Recruitment. Join a customer-focused software business in the education space, delivering training as part of new implementations and ongoing projects. You’ll shape how customers adopt the software, support setup/configuration, and champion user feedback to improve the product. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Product, and Customer Success, helping ensure every customer feels confident and supported – onsite or online.Location

Milton Keynes with a hybrid and UK-wide travelling splitResponsibilities

Deliver training for new implementations and ongoing projects for an award-winning software platform used by 80% of UK universitiesSupport setup and configuration; champion user adoption and feedback to improve the productCollaborate with Project Managers, Product, and Customer Success to ensure customers feel confident and supported, onsite or onlineTravel across the UK and Ireland, and occasionally overseasQualifications

2+ years\'' experience in a software training or implementation roleStrong presentation and communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and data handlingExperience supporting end-users across diverse sectorsWillingness to travel across the UK and Ireland, and occasionally overseasBenefits
