Software Test Engineer: 3 Month Contract: Manchester/Hybrid

We are seeking a Software Test Engineer for a 3 month remote project (Outside IR35.) You will work closely with software development team and be responsible for creating and executing test plans and test cases for software solutions, reviewing and documenting test results, and developing and maintaining automated test scripts. You will be responsible end to end testing of applications, investigating issues, reporting and tracking bugs, testing backend for message queues, whilst also providing REST API automated test.

Type: 3 Month Contract

Day Rate: Market Rates (Outside IR35)

Location: Manchester/Hybrid

Skills

Previous Software Testing experience in Java and React

Experience testing in cloud-based environments including, deployments and configuration of CI/CD pipelines for test runs.

Experiences with Grafana, RabitMQ or Apache Kafka, API testing, Kubernetes and SQL databases.
