Key responsibilities include:Providing clear technical direction and mentorship to the team.Applying sound judgment to make technical decisions.Driving improvements in system documentation, team processes, and overall developer experience.Delivering direct, constructive feedback to foster individual and team growth.Promoting a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance team culture.
