The Software Release Manager will own and coordinate the end-to-end software release lifecycle across multiple applications and environments. The role is responsible for ensuring releases are planned, governed, and deployed safely and efficiently, with minimal disruption to the business. Working across Engineering, Product, QA, Infrastructure, and Support, this person will manage release readiness, deployment coordination, risk, communication, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the software release calendar and deployment schedule. Coordinate releases across production, staging, UAT, and other environments. Manage release readiness reviews, approvals, quality gates, and Go-Live activities. Identify and manage release risks, dependencies, blockers, rollback plans, and recovery activities.
