Lead a high-performing engineering team, inspiring and guiding a team of brilliant, multi-skilled engineers.Drive innovation and build robust, scalable digital consumer products used by thousands or millions of users.Grow and shape a top-tier engineering function with a focus on trust, autonomy, and continuous improvement.Collaborate with senior engineers and influence tech culture while managing engineers who build with cutting-edge technology.Oversee architecture for scalable systems, user experiences, DevOps practices, and cloud infrastructure capable of handling high traffic.Qualifications

Leadership and Influence:

You know how to bring out the best in engineers, have led high-performing teams, built trust quickly, and created environments where engineers thrive.Technical Background:

Background as a software or data engineer. Ability to speak the language of modern architecture, OOP, TDD, CI/CD, and cloud-native development (AWS ideally).Engineering Best Practices:
