�� From a technical perspective, you can expect to be involved with:
  

• Designing architecture & building desktop applications
• Developing C, Pascal, Java, and Python code, mainly in Linux
• Creating user-friendly GUIs
• Testing, validating, and refining to ensure everything works as expected

  
�� From a leadership perspective, you can expect to be involved with:
  

• Mentoring a talented team of engineers.
• Owning projects end-to-end — keeping delivery sharp and on time
• Being the go-to link between engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams
• Using customer feedback to shape future products

  
? What you''ll bring as the Software Engineering Manager:
  

• Solid hands-on software engineering experience.
• Comfort in Linux environments + an understanding of basic electronics.
