As a

Software Engineering Manager , you’ll lead multiple agile engineering teams, ensuring we deliver high-quality software that aligns with business goals. You’ll work closely with Product, Architecture, and wider Tech teams to drive performance, resource planning, and operational excellence. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the Belfast tech hub, creating a collaborative, high-performance culture that delivers products used by millions around the globe.What You’ll Do

Lead multiple high performing Agile teams delivering scalable production softwareCoach, develop, and grow your team, building capability and cultureCollaborate with peers across Engineering, Product, and the business to deliver the roadmapManage resourcing, capacity planning, and drive continuous improvementChampion best practices in software engineering and operational supportWhat You’ll Bring
