Software Engineering Manager – SaaS – Leeds / Hybrid. Our client, a fast-growing SaaS company, seeks a Software Engineering Manager to drive the delivery of market-leading digital platforms. The company develops scalable, cloud-based applications used by thousands of businesses, with a strong focus on client satisfaction, innovation, and continuous improvement.You will lead and mentor cross-functional Agile teams, ensuring seamless delivery of software products that meet client and business needs. You’ll manage all aspects of the SDLC, balance strategic goals with day-to-day delivery, and work closely with product and engineering leaders to define roadmaps, prioritise initiatives, and deliver high-quality releases at pace.You’ll champion innovation and continuous improvement, introducing new practices to optimise development flow and enhance quality. You’ll also shape the growth of your teams, fostering technical and personal progression while maintaining a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.Responsibilities

Experience managing in-house software development teams in Agile environments (SaaS product development preferred).Strong technical foundation and track record delivering software projects.Stakeholder engagement and commercial delivery experience.Ability to shape roadmaps, drive initiatives, and lead teams through change.Location
