Lead and inspire Java and .NET development teams to deliver high-quality software.Dive into code when needed to troubleshoot or guide development.Collaborate with architects to shape scalable, efficient technical solutions.Champion Agile practices and drive adoption across teams.Experience

Proven experience as a Software Engineering Manager in a fast-paced environment.Strong technical foundation in Java and/or .NET, with hands-on coding ability.Experience with Azure, DevOps practices, and modern CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with reusable CI/CD pipelines and pipelines-as-code.Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).Excellent people management and conflict resolution skills.Experience in vendor management and cross-border team collaboration.Experience implementing Scaled Agile frameworks.Seniority level
