Together with Scrum Masters and the Product Design Team, you’ll foster a culture of cooperation, learning, and continual improvement. This role is perfect for someone ready to step up into an engineering management role, we are looking for candidates with the following skillsets:Experience motivating and guiding software professionals, managing cross-functional teams, and providing mentoring and coaching.A strong understanding of software development concepts and technologies, particularly in .NET and Angular.Proficiency in Agile methodologies and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.Experience working closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and integrate software components seamlessly.Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.Understand the importance of best practices in software development and ensuring these are maintained, including code quality, scalability, and maintainability.Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends.Benefits to support you personally and professionally
