Software Engineering Manager

The Role We re looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead and grow a team developing real-time embedded software for complex, safety-critical systems. You ll shape team capability, provide technical leadership, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple embedded software projects. You would be leading a team of 5 10 engineers, delivering complex projects, and shaping innovative software products.This role is suited to someone who is passionate about developing others, while having the autonomy to manage the software budget and keep things moving.
