Principal Software Engineer - SeismicLocation: LondonEmployment: Permanent opportunity through the Robert Walters Consultancy ProgrammeThe opportunityThe Robert Walters Consultancy Programme is seeking an experienced Principal Software Engineer with strong Seismic expertise to support the development and ongoing evolution of a business-critical sales enablement platform within a complex, regulated financial services environment.This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on designing, building and integrating scalable solutions across the Seismic platform. You will work with engineering, architecture, product and business teams to improve platform capability, automate content-driven processes and ensure Seismic integrates effectively with CRM, client data and wider enterprise systems.The successful candidate will combine practical Seismic delivery experience with strong software engineering, integration and technical leadership capabilities.Key responsibilitiesLead the technical design, development and implementation of solutions across the Seismic platform.Configure, enhance and maintain Seismic capabilities in line with business and user requirements.Design integrations between Seismic and CRM, content management, client data and enterprise platforms.Develop and maintain APIs, data flows and integration services supporting the Seismic ecosystem.Translate business requirements into scalable, secure and supportable technical solutions.Own delivery across design, ..... full job details .....
