WinForms or WPF, open to other frameworks but key drivers are simplicity, ease of use and time to market.
Knowledge of messaging protocols (protobufs) and implementation of serial communication schemes.
Knowledge of Unit testing techniques.
Development within a gitlab instance
Development of application installers
