This role will focus on building and enhancing call service applications within a cloud-based environment, integrating modern AI capabilities into voice services while maintaining highly available telecoms platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Java-based voice and call service applications. Build functionality within large-scale telecoms and contact centre environments. Work with cloud-based voice service platforms and communications technologies. Support integrations with Speech AI and conversational AI services.
